instructions for use

ADHESIVE TRAP for a codling moth (Cydia pomonella L) – 2 pcs.

Intended use:
The trap is designed to monitor the presence of adult codling moths and their seasonal flight patterns from May to September.
The dispenser has been pre-baited with a pheromone produced by female codling moths to attract males into the trap, where they become immobilized on a sheet of adhesive.

Instructions for use:
1. Remove the trap from the package.
2. Remove the pheromone dispenser from the package and place it in adhesive surface
3. Hang the trap in a tree.

IMPORTANT! For best monitoring results, at least 3 traps should be distributed uniformly throughout an orchard with the area of 1–5 hectares. Check the traps every 2–3 days. The risk threshold is an average of two insects per trap.

The kit comprises two traps and two pheromone dispensers.
Do not replace traps during the season unless the adhesive surface has been significantly contaminated with dust, insects or leaves, which could reduce the trap’s effectiveness or even render it completely useless.
